How does it stay on?
A soft, flexible clip wraps over the edge of your ear and holds the earbud in the bowl of your ear. It's snug without squeezing, and it stays put when you move.
Is it comfortable with glasses?
Yes. Nothing hooks behind your ear, so your glasses arms rest where they always do.
Will it work with my piercings?
Yes. Nacary™ sits in the bowl of the ear, so helix, conch, tragus and lobe piercings stay where they are. No need to take any out.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 4 hours per charge and up to 22 hours in total with the charging case. The case charges via USB-C.
Can I wear it for workouts or in the rain?
Yes. It's sweat and splash resistant, so workouts and light rain are fine. Don't swim or shower with it.
How do I change the charms?
Each charm clips onto the band of the earbud. Slide it off and clip on the next one; it takes a few seconds.
Can people around me hear my music?
At normal volume, barely. Because the design is open-ear, some sound can escape at high volume, just like with any open-ear earbuds.
What if it's not for me?
